Girls Inc. DC was proud to have participated in the 50th Anniversary of Title IX Field Day Event at American University where our girls had the opportunity to see Madame Vice President Kamala Harris, try new STEM activities, play sports, hear from champion athletes and leaders, and learn how Title IX impacts their lives. One of our girls was even interviewed about why making good choices is amazing.
